Find a shoebox, wrap it in Christmas paper and fill it with essentials and gifts you think would be helpful. These could include:

• clothes, such as gloves and hats

• toiletries and sanitary products

• sweets and chocolate

• shop vouchers

• hand sanitiser/face masks

• a Christmas card
